Henderson Nevada is a city said to have small town values with big city efficiencies.   Evident by its growth and popularity over the last 10 years, Henderson, NV is now the 2nd largest city n Nevada behind Las Vegas.

Henderson is located just South East about 18 miles from the famous" Las Vegas Strip" however, it borders the Las Vegas Nevada Valley and the Mojave desert while still apart

With such efforts from the community, Henderson and the NSD or Neighborhood assistance programs assist in anything from common neighbor disputes to rehabbing or flipping an investment property.

With Resident Safety and Housing Efficiency Henderson tries to make sure that each of its residences has the necessary outreach and assisted programs to ensure their safety. Another regulated outreach for residents who do not have adequate food or shelter, fueling the development of a resident hardship assistance solution called FGC or the Financial Guidance Center.

can help you get the upper hand of your finances and/or reach your housing goals through financial counseling and education.In 2001, the City of Henderson Neighborhood Services Division was created by Council to assist in the facilitation of challenging issues originating from Henderson's rapid progression.

FGC Consists of educating residents while providing financial resources, education, jobs and programs to its inhabitants.

Nevada 2-1-1 is a plan of the Financial Guidance Center, is committed to helping Nevada citizens connect with the services they need. Whether by phone or the internet, our purpose is to present precise, well-organized and easy-to-find information and facts from state and local health and human assistances programs. Financial Guidance Center (FGC) is a HUD Approved, non-profit NFC member United Way Agency that has been offering services since 1972.

The Population has been rising steadily with the estimate of about 285,667 in 2015 and about 40,000 new residents, business owners, professionals, and family;s and home builders relocating to the area since.
